Your Goals Are My Goals
My goal is to help you reach your goals. Period. My primary goal as a Personal Trainer is to help people, especially women, to set fitness goals, then reach and exceed those goals. This is not about what I want for you, it’s about what YOU want for you!
I also strive to educate my clients about the basic principles of exercise so that they are not dependent on their Personal Trainer or anyone else. I am not a trainer that you hire to “make” you exercise. I am trainer that you hire to motivate you to make the choice to do the things that you know will help you feel better and to live a healthier life! If you don’t reach your goals, then I haven’t done my job.
I feel that it is crucial for me, as a Personal Trainer, to help people understand that they deserve to take time for themselves and that they deserve to be healthy. This is a big step for many people, and something that we seldom think about in today’s busy world.
