How it works

We will begin with a complimentary consultation. This will allow you and your Personal Trainer to get to know each other a little better. You will need to fill out a series of forms (before the consultation if possible) that will tell your Personal Trainer about your health, your exercise history, and your fitness goals. During the consultation we will discuss this information and use it to determine how we will structure your program. You will have an opportunity to ask any questions you may have about your Personal Trainer’s background and qualifications, as well as the training options offered, and exercise and fitness in general. During your consultation, your Personal Trainer will help you decide how often you should train together and when your sessions will begin.

Options

One-on-one sessions $75 per hour
Two-to-one sessions (train with a friend) $50 per person, per hour
Golf Conditioning $75 per hour
Pre and Post Natal Fitness Class $192*
*This price is for an eight week session that meets two times a week. Class size is limited to six participants. Full payment is due at the beginning of each eight week session.

Sessions are purchased on a monthly basis. You and your Personal Trainer work together to decide on the number of sessions for the month and payment is received before the sessions begin.

A 10% discount will be applied when you purchase 24 or more personal training sessions at one time.

All sessions expire 90 days after purchase date.

Sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours ahead of time to be eligible for rescheduling.

You will receive a written explanation of all policies and procedures during your consultation.
